Aquamama Classes

Hi Everyone

Please will you help me out and let all your pregnant clients know about the Aquamama antenatal aqua classes I will be running.

They are held on a Tuesday evening 6.15 - 6.45pm at The Lenton Centre, Nottingham NG7.

They are suitable for all stages of pregnancy and the only aquanatal class in Nottingham in the evening that I am aware of.

Classes cost just £6 (payable in 6 sessions blocks to be used whenever) but places are limited so need to be booked in advance.
